THE GITE - Sleeps 2

"Le Petit Noyer" was originally a traditional stone outbuilding. It was sympathetically converted in 2004 and has now been totally renovated and refurbished providing a cosy and very comfortable gîte of character. There are beamed ceilings, wooden floors, and stone walls in keeping with a typical French style residence. The interior has been tastefully decorated and feels light and airy. The thick walls tend to retain the heat in winter but stay relatively cool in the summer. There is heating in the gite and so it makes an ideal base for long term househunting lets (discounts apply to lets of 3 weeks and over) or out of season holiday lets (prices at bottom of page).

Just outside the front door and to the side of the property is a private garden area, garden furniture and BBQ; ample parking; use of 5 metre diameter circular pool.
