From Calais:
A16 to Abbeville, at Junction 23 get onto the A28 to Rouen.
Once you arrive at Rouen follow the signs around (Toutes Direction) for Le Mans, this will eventually take you onto the A13 but you want to be heading in the direction of Le Mans / Caen. Between Junction 24 and 25 you should see a sign for the A28 to Alencon / Le Mans (this is the new part of the A28).
Follow A28 to Le Mans and then onto Tours.
Once you arrive at Tours take the A10 to Poitiers.
At Poitiers take the N10 to Angouleme, once you arrive at Angouleme take the D939 to Perigueux. Halfway down the D939 you will come to a village called La Rochbeaucourt et Argentine just as you're coming into the village there is a turning on your right signposted the D12 to Vertaillac or Riberac. Follow this road and it will change into the D708 to Riberac. Get to Riberac and you will come to a roundabout with a fountain on it, take the 3rd exit signposted for D710 to Tocane St Apre. Follow this road for about 7 or 8 kms and you will see a small lane on your right signposted for Douchapt, take this lane and it will bring you into the village. You should see a bar on your right and a church on your left, bear right past the bar and follow this lane for 1.5 kms and you will come to 3 new bungalows on your right and then an older style bungalow, then an old house and then our barn, gites & our house.
From Caen:
Follow N158 to Agentan and Sees, at Sees take the N138 or if you can the A28 to Alencon once you're at Alencon take the A28 to Le Mans and then onto Tours.
Once you arrive at Tours take the A10 to Poitiers.

From Bergerac:
Find the D709 to Mussidan and Riberac, follow this road all the way to Riberac. Drive through Riberac and as you are about to leave Riberac you will approach a roundabout with a fountain, you will need to take the first exit on the right signposted D710 to Tocane St Apre (there is a small slip road as you approach the roundabout that will take you to the right). Follow this road for about 7 or 8 kms and you will see a small lane on your right signposted for Douchapt, take this lane and it will bring you into the village. You should see a bar on your right and a church on your left, bear right past the bar and follow this lane for 1.5 kms and you will come to 3 new bungalows on your right and then an older style bungalow, then an old house and then our barn, gites & our house.
